Canvas and poster paper are not available in the same sizes — so the size of your wall often makes the material choice for you. Here's how each size maps to a room.

Frequently asked questions
Is canvas better than poster paper?
Neither is universally better — they serve different walls and different budgets. Canvas is richer, larger in scale, and more premium. Poster paper is sharper, smaller, and more economical. The right choice depends on your wall size, the room, and what you want to spend.
Can I get a canvas in a small size or a poster in a large size?
No. At Framora, canvas is available from 18×27 inches upward, and poster paper is available in 9×13 and 13×19 inches only. This is intentional — canvas at small sizes loses its visual impact, and poster paper at very large sizes lacks the structural integrity of canvas.
Do canvas prints look handmade?
The texture of the canvas weave gives prints a quality that feels closer to a crafted artwork than a flat print. It is a printed product, but the material adds depth and warmth that paper cannot replicate.
Will the colours fade over time?
Framora uses fade-resistant inks on both canvas and poster paper. With normal indoor display — away from direct sunlight — both materials maintain their colour for years.
Which is better for a Nikah Nama?
Both work well depending on how you want to display it. For a bedroom or prayer corner — the 13×19 framed poster paper renders the Arabic calligraphy and detail text with exceptional crispness. For a living room or entrance as a statement piece — the 18×27 or 20×30 canvas gives the certificate the scale and presence it deserves.
Which is better for gifting?
For significant occasions — weddings, housewarmings, milestone celebrations — canvas at 18×27 or above makes a more substantial, impressive gift. For everyday gifting or a tighter budget, a 13×19 framed poster paper print arrives beautifully finished and ready to hang.
What is Canvas Stretch?
Canvas Stretch means the canvas is stretched over a wooden frame (stretcher bar) with the edges wrapping around the sides — no outer frame. It has a clean, gallery-style appearance that suits modern interiors. It is only available for canvas sizes (18×27 and above).
