We offer five frame sizes — 9×13, 13×19, 18×27, 20×30 and 24×36 inches. Smaller sizes (9×13 and 13×19) are printed on a premium heavyweight metallic sheet. Yes — all our wall art is available as a framed print, mounted on a solid wooden frame and arriving ready to hang. For sizes 18×27 and above, you can also choose canvas stretch (gallery-wrapped with no border) or canvas stretch with a frame — where the stretched canvas has a decorative wooden frame on top for a more classic look. Select your preferred artwork type on the product page before adding to cart.

Our wall art is digitally designed and professionally printed using archival-quality inks that are waterproof and fade-resistant. The print medium varies by size — 9×13 and 13×19 inch pieces are printed on a special heavyweight metallic sheet for a premium, crisp finish. 18×27 inches and above are printed on premium canvas. Each piece is then mounted on a solid wooden frame by skilled artisans, ensuring consistent quality and long-lasting durability.

A simple rule — the artwork should fill 60–75% of your wall width for a balanced look. Measure the wall space where you plan to hang it, then choose the size closest to 60–75% of that measurement. For a gallery wall, mix 9×13 and 13×19 frames for the best effect. Still unsure? Yes — frame colour is a selectable option on every product page. Simply choose your preferred frame type before adding to cart. Options vary by size — smaller frames (9×13 and 13×19) come in Standard and Natural Pine Wood, while larger sizes (18×27 and above) also offer Black, Brown and Antique Gold.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI, net banking and EMI options. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

What you see is exactly what gets printed and framed.

It's simple — on the Nikah Nama product page, fill in your details (bride's name, groom's name, date of Nikah and any other required fields) directly in the on-page input fields. As you type, you'll see a live preview of your personalised Nikah Nama updating in real time. Once you're happy with how it looks, add it to cart and place your order. No back-and-forth emails needed.

Since every Nikah Nama is personalised and made to order, delivery takes 4–10 days depending on your location. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad are typically at the faster end. If you have a specific date requirement — for example for a wedding — please place your order well in advance or contact us at support@framora.in and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Yes — the product page shows a live preview that updates as you fill in your details. This means you can see exactly how your Nikah Nama will look before you place your order. Please review the names, date and spelling carefully before checking out — as each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to make changes after the order is placed.

Since every piece is made to order, delivery typically takes 4–10 days depending on your location and the size of your order. Larger sizes take slightly longer to produce. Metro cities are generally at the faster end of this range. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Yes — we deliver to all locations across India including metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Shipping is free on all orders. If you're in a remote location and have concerns about delivery, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm availability for your pincode.

Every piece is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packed inside a sturdy cardboard box designed to protect the frame and canvas during transit. We take packaging seriously — if your order arrives damaged despite our care, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

All our framed prints arrive ready to hang — hanging hooks are pre-attached to the back of the frame. Simply hammer a nail into your wall and hang. No drilling or special tools required. For canvas stretch pieces, rest the top edge of the canvas directly on the nail. A good rule of thumb is to hang the centre of the artwork at eye level — approximately 145–155cm from the floor.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@framora.in with clear photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

As every piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or misprinted product, contact us at support@framora.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. We stand behind every piece we ship.
