Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, typically taking between 7-14 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing delays for international shipments).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Framora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Framora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
