At Framora, your satisfaction means everything to us. We create each product with care and quality, and our goal is to ensure you love what you receive. That said, here's what to expect if something isn’t right:


✅ What Can Be Returned

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item has a visible manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong item was delivered.


❌ What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or “not worth the price”

  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., size, weight, stability, or material feel)

  • Damage after delivery due to mishandling

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Personalised or custom-made items unless damaged or wrong


⏱️ Time Window

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


📩 How to Request a Return

Please email support@framora.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • A short explanation

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.


💸 Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.


🔁 Replacements

We offer one-time free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Replacements are dispatched after our team verifies the claim.


ℹ️ Product-Specific Notes

  • Vases & Lamps: Made with lightweight materials for minimal design. Place on stable, flat surfaces. Slight variations in design are normal.

  • Canvas & Wall Art: Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings. Hanging hardware included as applicable.

  • Clocks: Battery not included unless stated. Ensure proper installation on hooks.


Order Cancellations

To maintain a high standard of service and efficient order processing, please note that Framora does not offer an option to cancel orders once they have been placed. We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders before submission, confirming product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment information to ensure everything is accurate.
